The Complete-a-Level Challenge
gives Toastmasters attending the annual District 40 conference a chance to give that last required speech to Complete a Level in their Pathways path.  This program allows members to go outside their club comfort zone to experience this unique growth speaking opportunity and increase the number of both their club's and the District's educational awards submitted for the 2024-25 program year.
